SHIPPING POLICY
When will my order be ship?
Orders received by 12PM local time typically are processed the same day received on any "in-stock" items. Orders placed and received after 12PM EST will be processed the next business day, and "in-stock" items will be shipped the next business day. Please allow at least 2 additional weeks for any powder coated parts. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping options. Typical shipping times range from 1-5 days and may vary during the holiday season. Tracking will be sent to the e-mail provided at checkout once the order has shipped. Shipping delays can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address.
What shipping options are available?
Maryland Performance Products offers our customers the option of selecting ground, 2-day, or next day air through either through United Parcel Service (UPS), or United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipments in the continental U.S. *For USPS shipments please contact us at 410-354-0340.

What is Route Package Protection and how does it work?
Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Package Protection can be added during checkout. It cannot be added after checkout.Â
Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

What if I receive a damaged item?
We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item.
If you suspect the damage is a production defect, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve this!Â
If you purchased Route Package Protection, and your order has arrived to you damaged in transit, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

What if my item is lost or stolen?
If you purchased Route Package Protection, and you believe your order has been lost or stolen, please file a claim.
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
- Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.Â
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
- For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update.
- For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update.

What if my item is damaged, lost , or stolen and I did not purchase Route Package Protection?
Damaged, lost, or stolen orders completed without Route Package Protection are subject to the outcome of the carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc) decision. If the carrier decides a package was NOT damaged, lost, or stolen we are not liable to replace the items. The safest way to protect your purchase is to purchase Route Package Protection. Route Package Protection is not able to be added after checkout.
